When I was young George was my favorite Beatle, didn’t everyone have one? But as he and I matured, I was truly amazed at his view on life and love and goodness. He’s also made me want to go back to performing (I have a degree in theatre arts, and I play piano), and he’s been a constant source of inspiration. I’m even reading the Bhagavad-Gita at the moment, thanks, inadvertently, to George. I miss him greatly, even though I’ve never met him, or have been fortunate enough to see him perform live.
